OUR JOURNEY

2025

Taking India to the World

This year marks our leap into international markets. With unmatched product quality and growing global demand, we began exporting artificial turf and yarn to the Middle East and beyond.

To support this expansion, we installed our third tufter, boosting our annual production capacity to a remarkable 28 million square feet.

What began as a local mission has now become a global movement—positioning E3 Grass among the most trusted turf manufacturers in the world.

2024

Entering the Sports Arena

We entered a new era by launching India's first complete in-house sports turf solution.

Engineered to meet international performance and durability standards, our sports turf marked a major step in our product innovation journey—allowing us to cater to stadiums, arenas, and professional training facilities across the country.

2023

Growth, Expansion, and Innovation

A landmark year for E3 Grass. We expanded our infrastructure with a new 3,000 sq. mt. facility, enhancing our Yarn & Carpet Division.

We also started producing India's first curly yarn line, launched the first multi-color fusion artificial grass carpet, and installed India's first 5-meter tufter line, scaling output to 20 lakh square feet per month.

Additionally, the installation of three yarn twisting lines helped us reach 150 MT of monthly yarn production—a major leap forward in capacity and capability.

2022

Ahead of the Curve

In just our second year, we reached 100% production capacity, two years ahead of our original projection.

We introduced India's first colored decorative artificial grass carpet, giving customers more design flexibility.

That same year, we achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification, reinforcing our commitment to consistent quality and customer satisfaction.

2021

Where It All Began

Our journey began with a bold vision: to localize artificial grass manufacturing and elevate its standards in India.

We established the country's first artificial grass factory in Greater Noida Industrial Area and successfully commenced production of India's first straight yarn line.

This marked the start of a movement—to bring global-quality turf solutions to Indian soil, made entirely in-house.
